Green Salad with Peanut Dressing

What you need: 

1 cup water
3 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce
3 tablespoons organic peanut butter
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal (optional)
2 cups chopped green and purple cabbage
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup spinach
tomato, sprouts, avocado, to taste (optional)
3 tablespoons seseme seeds (optional)

What you do: 

1. Dressing: In a bowl, combine water, Braggs, and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 30 seconds so that the peanut butter is easier to stir. Add flaxseed meal; stir.
2. Salad: In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients (cabbage, lettuce, spinach, and other toppings of choice).
3. Drizzle dressing over salad; gently toss to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Enjoy! Also good with organic rices and lentils mixed in!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was super great! I added julienned english cucumbers, sliced onions and cayenne pepper, too! Will definitely make again. My non-salad eating roommate appeared to enjoy it, too, which is always a bonus.
