SO HOW'D IT GO?

very good, basic green smoothie! i like the romaine with the blueberry/banana. if you are new to green smoothies, i would destem the romaine to help reduce the "romaine" taste this has. but if you enjoy green smoothies and the "green" taste, then this is an as-is winner!

Not true about romaine lettuce--seehttp://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2475/2
"a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Folate, Iron, Potassium and Manganese."
One large outer leaf has 33% of your vitamin A, 36% of vitamin K  and 10% of folate requirements.
Sure, kale and spinach are better, but don't knock romaine...

I am gonna make this tonight, have  to try it. But I will definitely add some spirulina to it. Sounds really good.
