Green and White Stirfry

What you need: 

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 large sweet green bell pepper, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 medium zucchini, in thin rings
1 carrot, grated
pinch dried dill
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Heat oil in wok and stirfry in the following order, adding the new veggies to what's in the pan: onion, pepper and garlic, zucchini and carrot, then seasonings.
2. Season to taste. Serve as a side dish or main meal.
The green pepper with the white zucchini and the bits of orange carrot make for a very pretty dish, as well as tasty.
