Greek Potatoes

What you need: 

6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 ounces lemon juice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 ounce cooking oil
1/4 cup powdered vegan chicken flavored bouillon

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place potatoes in 9x13" glass roasting pan.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown. Stir frequently.

I just wanted to say that i've made this recipe probably at least 30 times. It is my go to potato recipe and I can't believe it doesn't have any reviews yet! I was actually just organizing my recipe box and happen to notice that there was a big fat 0 in the review spot. So, I don't peel the potatoes at all, and I've found that red potatoes taste the best. I do find that the smaller i cut the potatoes the tastier they seem. I add extra lemon juice (from lemons, not from a bottle!) b/c I LOVE tangy things. These do take almost an hour to cook, but they are WORTH IT! I put the oven on broil when all the liquid has been cooked away to give the potatoes a crispy top! Thank you so much for adding this recipe, so simple, yet amazingly delicious!!
