Grand Granola with Four Uses or So

What you need: 

2 cups oats (any kind)
1/3 cup to 1/2 cup maple syrup, brown rice syrup, agave nectar...etc
1/3 cup nuts (almonds and cashews would be great)
1/2 cup dried fruit

What you do: 

Turn your broiler on low.
Mix all of the ingredients together and spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet. Broil for 7 to 9 minutes.
You can use this as a streusel topping, granola cereal, snack, or toppings for random things such as vegan yogurt.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Yum, I made this last night and used puffed wheat instead of dried fruit and halved the recipe.

But somehow it all dissapeared...So I made another batch this morning, maybe I won't eat this one so fast. But I probably will. Thanks.
