Ginger Fruit and Veggie Stirfry

What you need: 

1 cup pea pods
2 cups carrot matchsticks
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup sliced red pepper
3 tablespoons red onion
8 ounces tropical fruit with the juice
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger, or as desired
1 tablespoon soy sauce

What you do: 

1) Mix everything together and heat up on high until everything is hot but not mushy. Serve over rice or noodles.
