Gerris Hummus

What you need: 

2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
4 tablespoons tahini paste
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can (15 oz) of chick peas strained, reserve juice

What you do: 

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth, use extra chick pea juice if too dry. Enjoy
