Fruity Nutty Yogurt Bowl

What you need: 

1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 grapefruit, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 cup vanilla vegan yogurt
1/2 cup raw cashews
sprinkle coconut flakes
sprinkle dried cranberries

What you do: 

1. Add fruits to bowl, and top with yogurt.
2. Sprinkle on nuts, dried cranberries and coconut flakes.
Full of vitamin C! You could sub any fruits you like. Others I have tried are: bananas, apples, grapes, mango, pineapple. Other options for nuts/seeds that I have tried are pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts and sunflower seeds. Great way to start the morning!
Source of recipe: I've been trying to eat mostly fruit and nuts for breakfast and this one came out so tasty and pretty I had to share.

Simple recipe and very easy for a time consumed college girl. I tried pumpkin seeds because the local store was out of the cashews and it was still delicious and so filling.
