Fruit Tart with no added sugar

What you need: 

Plain flour (2 cups)

oil (2 tbsp)

cinnamon (1tsp)

mixed fruits

What you do: 

1. Mix the flour, oil and cinnamon together with about 2cups water (or as needed)

2. In a separate bowl, mash the fruit together (here I used peach, pear & grape but through in anything)

3. Flatten the pastry onto a pastry tray. Pour the fruit mix on top.

4. Cook at top heat for about 15mins.
