Fruit Salad

What you need: 

1/2 an apple, diced
1/4 carrot, chopped
2 tablespoons fruit juice or nondairy milk
2 to 3 leaves of spinach, diced

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This recipe looked kind of strange, but I had everything sitting in fridge, so I decided to go for it. I used grape juice, and it turned out alright. You can barely taste the spinach in it. I am a big fan of carrots and apples together, so I liked it.

But I wouldn't think of putting soymilk over it instead of juice. Unless it was really, really sweet soymilk.
