Filling Berry Bran & Oatmeal

What you need:

1/3 cup wheat bran (or oat bran)
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup soy milk (I use plain, vanilla works fine, too)
1/3 cup oats (quick or regular)
20 blueberries
20 raspberries
1/2-1 teaspoon agave nectar, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice

What you do:

Bring the water to a boil and stir in the wheat bran. Wait until it's absorbed most of the water (a long time!). Add in the soymilk and oats.
Note: If you're using regular oats, put them in when you put in the wheat bran. I happened to have quick cook around, so they only take a minute.
Wash your fruits (the berries are a suggestion, also what I had around. Branch out, try new berries, bananas, some apples (or applesauce) or more exotic fruits :D). Add them in when your cereal looks almost done (no excess water/milk). If your cereal looks too thick, add another 1/3 cup water or soymilk.
Let the fruit simmer for about a minute, remove from heat and put in a bowl. Drizzle sweetener on top and enjoy.
