Fat Free Banana Milkshake!

What you need: 

1 banana, cut into bite sized pieces and put in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight
1 cup vanilla nondairy milk (I use soy)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2-1 packet sweetener

What you do: 

1. Add frozen banana to blender. Pour in enough milk to cover them.
2. Add the cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener. Blend on low for approximately 1 minute or until everything is blended.
The shake comes out just like a milkshake and is a very tasty alternative to the real thing!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

amazing! so simple and so good! I didn't use but a few pinches of cinnamon, and I forgot to add the vanilla but it was still great. I used a bit of liquid vanilla stevia though as my sweetener. Definitely making this a LOT!

SO GOOD! The best alternative to ice cream.. yes, it tastes like ice cream  :)
