The Essential Groovy All-Purpose Mist

What you need:

Essential Oil
water

What you do:

Grab an empty, well-cleaned spray bottle (or buy a new one at a drug store, no need to buy the big ones, small will do just fine).
Fill it up with some warm - NOT HOT – water.
Add some oil till it smells pretty!
Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake and shake that bottle!!!
Make your room, fabrics, or friends smell fantaulous! (don't spray it in their faces though, they may get mad).
Suggested oil blends: [br] -Lavender & Rosemary for soothing & uplifting.[br] -Patchouli & Ylang Ylang for that floral hippy smell.[br] -Sandalwood for meditative & warming.[br] -Eucalyptus & Rosemary for sinus problems.
WORD OF CAUTION: I have no idea if the the oils will stain fabric. I use only about 3-5 drops of oil in my solution and spray at a distance.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is great; my favorite is wintergreen!

I don't normally use more than 8-10 drops per 8oz water and I've never had an issue with anything staining.

I love to spray this on my bed linens.

Just read one of my oil bottles...Lavender to be exact. It reccommends 18 drops per 1oz water. I thought I would post it for more specific measurments. However, some people are senstive to scents, so you may want to use less oil or more water or some combination of both!  ;D Experiment and have fun!
