Energy Bomb

What you need: 

6 carrots
3 apples
2 oranges
Pinch of ginger (optional)

What you do: 

1) Juice everything together except ginger. Add ground ginger as a garnish.
Voila, a healthy filling breakfast, lunch or dinner.
