1 package of regular tempeh (they have smoked too)
garlic (clover[roasted, minced, etc.], salt, powder..)
margarine of your choice
other spices of your choice
1. Cube tempeh.
2. Fry tempeh in margarine until brown...or you can spray the pan. Or add in the margarine when the pan is hot and the tempeh is browned, gives it a slightly different taste.
3. Add garlic or any other desired spices.
4. Sprinkle hot sauce and liquid smoke.
5. Serve with anything, add to salads, dips, as an appetizer, recipe can be changed in any way you please. Quite simple.
