Easy Sesame Noodles

What you need:

noodles of choice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup peanut butter (I use Skippy)
1-1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon corn syrup or agave nectar, to taste
sesame seeds

What you do:

1. Put a pot of water up to boil for the noodles. When it boils add the noodles, and cook according to package directions.
2. In another pan, saute the garlic in the sesame oil. Add peanut butter, soy sauce and agave and mix together.
3. Turn the heat off, add the noodles and toss in the sauce. If you have a lot of noodles, or if your sauce is too thick, add a little of the pasta water to thin it out and make it go further.
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoy!
Source of recipe: As a poor college student, this has been my fallback dinner for a while. I enjoy it a lot and I hope you will too.
