Easy Raw Cashew Vinaigrette

What you need: 

For single serving:
1/4 cup raw cashew pieces
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
dash ground black pepper
dash saltFor multiple servings:
1/2 cup raw cashew pieces
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

What you do: 

The flavors really compliment each other.
1. Mix all ingredients in a dish and whisk with a fork. Let sit (optional). Voila!
Source of recipe: I came up with this today totally haphazardly to top my bed of baby spinach, green onions, and chopped raw yellow squash, and decided it's the best. Maybe it was the combination with the green onions, and especially the squash, but this was the best salad I've had in a long time.
