Easy Pizza

What you need: 

1 loaf vegan French bread
1 can refried beans (watch out for lard!)
1 fresh diced tomatoes and jalapeno
chopped veggies to taste
shredded vegan cheese, Monterey jack (make sure it melts)

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 350.
Cut bread in half and cut each half length wise.
Spread with a layer of refried beans, to taste.
Add tomatoes, jalapeños, and veggies.
Top with 'cheese'.
Bake on baking sheet for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Broil for another minute to melt the cheese.
