Easy and Fast 'Chicken' Strips

What you need: 

2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1/4 pound extra firm tofu, pressed, cut into thin strips

What you do: 

1. In a bowl, combine oil and soy sauce. Place all the tofu into the bowl and make sure they absorb the oil and soy sauce mixture. Make sure to get both sides.
2. When they are covered, cover them with whole wheat flour. Try to get them even as best as you can, but it's okay if it looks a bit clumpy.
3. Put the tofu into a non stick pan making sure that all the pieces are laying flat. Let them cook for about 5 minutes, then turn them over and repeat. They should look nice and crispy!!
Serve them with your favourite dipping sauce (I use sweet red chilli-yummy!), or you can use them in any number of ways. Really versatile.
