Delicious Tomato Sandwich

What you need: 

3 tablespoons red wine
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 medium round tomato, sliced into about 5 medium-thick slices
2 slices/1 sandwich role of dry vegan bread of choice
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
1 dash Italian seasonings
1 dash black pepper
2 or 3 dashes of garlic powder
1 pinch crushed chili
1 pinch ground rosemary
2 pinches oregano
2 leaves romaine lettuce

What you do: 

1) Whisk together red wine, olive oil, and Italian seasonings in a bowl. Place tomato slices in bowl and let marinate. Set aside.
2) In a small bowel mix together mayo, crushed chili, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and ground rosemary. Set aside or place in fridge.
3) Place tomato slices in a pan on medium heat and let sear for approximately one minute before pouring in wine mixture and flipping slices over. Let cook until there is no more liquid in the pan, turning tomatoes over regularly so the slices cook evenly. Once the liquid is gone turn off the heat.
4) Spread the mayo mixture on both slices of bread. Add lettuce and tomatoes.
