Delicious Bagel Sandwich

What you need: 

your favorite sprouted wheat bagels
vegan cream cheese
organic Dijon Mustard
roasted red pepper hummus
red onions
tomato...couple slices
vegan "Turkey" deli slices..2-3 slices
1/2 avocado
sprouts or baby mixed greens
whatever else you love on sandwiches!

What you do: 

1.Slice bagel into halves, and toast.
2. Take toasted halves, on one half spread the "cream cheese", and then spread Dijon mustard on top of cream cheese. On other half, spread on hummus and layer avocado on top.
3.On the mustard and cream cheese side, put on 2 or 3 of the "turkey" slices and then put some more hummus on top of this (a thin layer!)
4. Layer on whatever veggies you love...and then put the pieces together.
5. Cut into halves and ENJOY!
