Delicious Almond Butter Wrap

What you need: 

1 whole wheat tortilla
2 - 4 tablespoons almond or peanut butter
1/2 carrot, grated
1/2 banana, cut into chunks
small handful of sunflower seeds

What you do: 

1) Spread the tortilla generously with almond butter. Add grated carrot down center and top with banana chunks. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Fold up the bottom edge of the tortilla , then fold over the right side and roll it up.
Source of recipe: I needed something delicious to take for lunch.
