Deb's Spaghetti Salad
1 pound dry spaghetti, broken, cooked, and drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 purple onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
2-1/2 ounces seasoning mix
1 (1.4-ounce) package dry Italian Dressing mix, prepared according to package directions (I use Good Seasonings)
1. In a bowl, combine spaghetti, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, green onion, and seasoning mix.
2. Stir in dressing; toss to evenly coat.
3. Chill. Better if prepared the day before and allowed to marinate in fridge.
