Crunchy Kale Chips

What you need: 

Kale

Low cal cooking spray (or oil)

Flavouring Spices or stock cube

What you do: 

1. Place kale leaves flat on baking tray.

2. Spray or wipe with a small amount of oil.

3. Sprinkle flavouring spices or stock or whatever tastes good on top.

4. Place in oven at top heat for 3 minute. Then check every minute with a wooden spoon if they've gone crisp (they will very suddenly go from crisp to burnt)
