Criss Quick Fix

What you need: 

1 16 oz can pineapples (doesn't matter whether crushed/ diced, etc)
1 16 oz can pears
8 oz of Sun Soy Creamy Milk
12 - 15 strawberries rinsed and with ends cut
8 oz glass of ice
8 oz of any flavored juice

What you do: 

Mix well in juicer. Add in more juice or milk for more liquidation or to your liking
Optional extras: non-dairy whipped topping or cherry, serve in tropical cups with umbrella

I have found this quick fix to be an energy booster, because of the nutrients, protein and vitamins in all the ingredients.
