Crispy Fried Green Beans

What you need: 

1 cup soda water
1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons salt (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
3 cups panko bread crumbs
1 pound green beans (ends trimmed)

What you do: 
pre-heat your oil 

In a large bowl whisk together the soda water, flour, salt and pepper. 
 
Dip the green beans into the batter to coat, shake off the excess batter, and dip them into the panko bread crumbs.
 
Fry the green beans until they are gold and crispy.
 
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Oh, I loved the dish very much. Actually, my wife prepared the dish and usually I do not like beans very much. So, I had it with great hesitation, but was taken aback by the taste and variety of the dish.
