Cresswell Chard

What you need:

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons shallot, minced
2 tablespoons oak barrel aged vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
dash salt
1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed and chopped

What you do:

1. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-low. Saute the garlic and shallots until they start to soften, and turn translucent.
2. Add the vinegar and spices to the skillet and continue to cook until aromatic, about 30 seconds. Add the chard, stirring to coat in the spice mixture and cover the skillet to steam.
3. Cook about 6-7 minutes, turning the chard once. Serve immediately.
