Creamy Cottage Cheese
1/2 pound extra-firm silken tofu
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dill weed or 2 tablespoons chopped chives (I prefer chives)
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Stir together until well combined.
3. Transfer to a storage container and chill in fridge.
It will be fresh for about 5 days. This recipe is delicious. You will love it. Believe me.
