Creamy Asparagus Tart

What you need: 

Asparagus 

soya milk

bread crumbs

bread/white sauce powder

What you do: 

1. Put a thick layer of bread crumbs on the base of an oven tray.

2. Place in oven at top heat for 10 minutes

3. Meanwhile, fry chopped asparagus in a pan. (Add any flavouring or spices wanted)

4. Gradually add milk and bread sauce powder to the frying pan until you have a thick creamy mixture that can cover your crust.

5. Pour creamy asparagus filling onto the crust

6. oven bake the tart for a further 10 minutes.
