Cranberry Pineapple Smoothie

What you need: 

2 cups cranberries
1 unpeeled orange
1 cored apple
1-1/4 cups frozen pineapple
2 large carrots
water, if necessary

What you do: 

1. In a Vitamix or other powerful blender, make a fruity paste by combining the cranberries, unpeeled orange, and cored apple.
2. Blend in the frozen pineapple and carrots for a smoothie. This may require a little water.
Source of recipe: Just messing around with fruits one day.
