Contemporary Thai Unpeanut Dressing

What you need: 

1/3 cup raw almond butter
1 tablespoon raw agave
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoons rose water
Pinch salt

What you do: 

1) Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until evenly mixed. Drizzle over a spring mix salad (or other salad). Enjoy!
Note: a VERY little of this dressing goes a long way!
Source of recipe: I made this dressing, because i wanted a raw salad dressing like that served in Thai restaurants with the appetizer salad.
