Cold Strawberry/Banana Pie

What you need:

2 bananas sliced
1 1/2 qt strawberries sliced (reserve at least 2 of the biggest ones for garnish)
vegan graham cracker crust
strawberry glaze

What you do:

To save time I usually buy the crust and the glaze. But you can get the recipe for the crust off the back of a graham cracker box. As far as the glaze goes maybe someone on the net has a recipe for this. I just find it easier to use it from the store. Its mostly made of vegan sugar. It can usually be found next to the Strawberries.
Start with the bananas and layer them on the bottom, then layer the strawberries on top. Continue doing this until the pie is full.
Pour the glaze on top so it covers the pie and the fruit on the bottom is covered. For a small pie just 1 jar of glaze for a large one 2.
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Garnish with the strawberries and serve with whipped cream.
Variation: Add sliced Kiwi as a third layer.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

i wonder if i could do this without the glaze or would that be not as fun? or if i could use flour in place of the corn starch?

sounds yummy and i can't wait to make it though!!

A delicious, dessert enjoyed on this sunny day. Very easy, too. I used the strawberry glaze from this recipe link. Then topped the pie with kiwi slices.
