Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, PB and Apple Sandwich

What you need:

1 cinnamon raisin bagel
1 tablespoons peanut butter
slices of apple (I recommend pink lady apples since they have that tart taste that gives the sandwich a unique taste). Other apples are okay to use though.

What you do:

Slice bagel in half.
Spread peanut butter evenly onto one half of bagel.
Layer on the apple slices, sticking them to peanut butter.
Add more peanut butter onto other bagel half if you want the extra PB.
Mash both bagel halves together into sandwich form.
Eat.
i always thought sandwich recipes were a little laughable. cause it seems to insult one's intelligence if you're guiding them through the simple process of making a sandwich. but i just wanted to share this wonderful creation i randomly discovered. and seeing as how there was no sandwich recipe along the lines of apple and peanut butter combinations...let alone using bagel as the bread source; i took the opportunity to post one.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

;)b  this is yummo!  I didn't have cinnamon raisin bagels, just regular ones, so I sprinkled a little cinnamon on the apple slices and stuck sultanas into the peanut butter on the other side - DELISH!  Sandwich recipes are cool - give you alternative ideas to try.  Thanks heaps!
