Cinnabun Icing

What you need:

1 cup vegan Cream Cheese
1 cup vegan soy butter/margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

What you do:

~let the butter and cream cheese get to room temperature(about)
~mix them both together with an electric mixer, then add the powdered sugar slowly, and mix for at least 12 min
~add the vanilla and lemon juice (in lack of juice i used lemonade and it worked fine) and mix for another 3 minuets.
at this point it wont look like cinnabon frosting but it still tastes delicious. After it cools in the fridge it will be JUST LIKE the cinnabon frosting... my non vegan sister LOVED IT! its firm and creamy and i cant stop eating it! also measurements don't need to be exact , you could just eyeball it if you wanted, have fun!

Omg this was almost spot on! My cinnamon rolls were needing the perfect icing and this one is pretty close to what i am used to. It was delicious!! I am on a diet so I was only able to eat 3 :( but my non-veg hubby loved them so much he ate the rest! It made waaaaay too much though so I think next time I am gonna have to half it or something. The process to make this icing is very tedious but it's worth it!!

By the way, anyone looking for a fast easy vegan cinnamon roll recipe:

buy some Pillsbury Crescent Rounds
melt 2 tbs of butter and unroll the crescent rounds and line the inside with butter and sprinkle a cinnamon sugar mixture (1/4 sugar:2 tbs cinnamon) on top of the butter and roll them back up and bake according to the directions on the crescent rounds label.

Those with this icing: BEST CINNAMON ROLLS EVER!!!!!!!

Mine turned out pretty lite and fluffy unfortunately my cinnamon rolls were on the average side.

This icing is awesome! So so so so so yummy!  I didn't even have lemon, but it was still amazing.  Went great on the Cinnamon Rolls.

This is a very very very tasty recipe! Like, oh my gosh. I made it to go on top of the cinnamon buns I made and it was a thing of beauty. I added about twice as much vanilla and it was way yum. Thank you sooooo soooo much for the recipe.
