Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream
4 frozen bananas
3 tablespoons coco powder (carob powder would work as well!)
5 dates cut into smaller pieces
1/2 cup peanuts
a little bit of Vanilla
a dash of salt
3/4 cup milk substitute
ice cream toppings of your choice: vegan chocolate chips, extra peanuts, etc.
1. Cut and freeze bananas (usually takes at least 2 hours to freeze but if you have some kept in there you can make this whenever in no time!)
2. Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until desired texture is reached.
- This recipe is best when made fresh and eaten. The texture is not as good if it is refrozen.
- This recipe is also easy to cut in half!
