Chocolate-Banana Pudding

What you need: 

2 avocados
1 large, very ripe banana
3 tablespoons agave nectar
1/2 cup cocoa/carob powder

What you do: 

1. Simply blend all ingredients in a blender.
2. Chill, if desired. I think it tastes better cooled in the 'fridge.
This is super-tasty and really helps me with my chocolate-fix when doing the raw thing. Don't be put off by the avocados! You can't taste them!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

i found this a bit bitter as is but added some coconut water as well as a bit more agave and sprinkled some coconut sugar over the top b4 serving. YUM!!! this is what ive been craving since going raw! :) thanx!

This is a tasty snack! I added some brown rice protein powder to thicken it up.

Very strange, but somehow satisfying.  It didn't work in my blender as is (I halved the recipe because I only had 1 avocado) so I added a bit of soy milk.
