Chocolate Banana Breakfast Shake

What you need: 

1 banana, frozen
1 cup chocolate soy milk

What you do: 

This works best if you cut the banana into small (1" or 2 cm) pieces before freezing. Simply add to blender with the soy milk and puree the whole lot. This is a wonderful way to avoid wasting forgotten bananas, just break them up and freeze them.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I had this this morning and I put in 2 cups of chocolate soy milk, still not enough chocolate for me  :-[ So, next time I'll put more in.  I am a chocoholic though so that's probably why.  Love it though :)

Thanks for the great recipe!  I also like peanut butter and wheat germ in mine . . .
