Choco-PB Banana Shake

What you need:

*no sugar added*
1 cup soy milk
3 heaping teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 rounded tablespoons peanut butter
4 to 5 pitted dates, softened in hot water then drained
2 frozen bananas, cubed
ice cubes for consistency
dry roasted, unsalted peanuts (optional)

What you do:

Put soymilk, cocoa, peanut butter, and dates in blender and process until smooth.
Add bananas and puree again.
Add ice cubes if desired to make slightly thicker.
Pour into two glasses and sprinkle peanuts on top for some extra crunch.
I love the peanut addition at the end, but I can only vouch for the awesomeness of UNSALTED dry roasted peanuts. Maybe someone brave or with an excess of salted peanuts will let us all know how it comes out in that case.
