SO HOW'D IT GO?

I minced garlic and ginger, and sliced some green onions and fried this in some vegetable oil first.  I added half of a cooking onion, chopped, to the pan as well.  Once it was starting to brown, I added about 3 cups of mixed veggies (bagged frozen, run under warm water for a bit to seperate).  Once the veggies were tender, I added some cooked brown rice, more vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and a little bit of thick black bean sauce that I found in the fridge.
