1 cup white or napa cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, grated
1/4 cup shredded daikon radish
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoons agave nectar
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
spring onions, for garnish
Toss all ingredients vigorously, let stand for 15 minutes and eat!
Source of recipe: I wrote this recipe. I came back from Koreatown on a mission to recreate this amazingly fresh, marinated little side dish that the waitress brought to our table at lunch. I've had three bowls since yesterday and I don't want to stop!
