Chilli and Corriander Corn

What you need: 

2 corn on the cobs
2 tblsp chopped corriander
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder (ground)
3 tblsp vegan butter (nutlex)

What you do: 

Cook corn on the cobs by boiling or steaming until soft.
Melt butter, add corriander(chopped fine) and chilli powder in a wok or frypan.
Then stir fry cooked corn cobs until butter has soaked through.
Add extra corriander on the corn cob for decoration.
