1 1/2 cups whole grain elbow or bowtie noodles
1 (12 ounce) can vegan chili
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
black pepper, to taste
nondairy cheese, to taste (I use rice cheese)
2 tablespoons water, if needed
1. Boil noodles in pot until cooked. Make sure to use some vegetable oil to keep the noodles from sticking to the pot. Drain water from pot.
2. Add the vegan chili, tomato sauce, and pepper to noodles. Stir and let boil on medium heat for two minutes or so.
3. Serve into dish and garnish with cheese. If too thick, add some water.
