Chili-Ish

What you need:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic, or to taste
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can whole yellow corn, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can chopped tomatoes, undrained (or about 3 cups fresh)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons chili powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

What you do:

1. Place olive oil, onion and garlic in a pan on medium-high heat. Let sizzle a second...
2. Pour in the canned ingredients (garbanzo beans, corn, and tomatoes) to relieve the heat... and the pecans, chili powder, salt & pepper.
3. Reduce heat and let cook a minute, stirring occasionally.
Source of recipe: I just had these on hand and mixed them together and it's AWESOME.
