Chicken Tossed Salad
1 cup soy curls
2 teaspoons vegan chicken style seasoning (I use Butler chik style seasoning)
1/2 head lettuce, chopped (or spring mix)
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, in strips
1/2 (6 ounce) can olives, chopped or whole
1/4 cup cranberries, optional
1/4 cup walnuts, optional
1. Soak soy curls for about 10 minutes in warm water. Drain and lightly brown in a skillet while adding the seasoning.
2. Toss salad ingredients together and throw soy curls on top.
3. Serve with vegan dressing of your choice. Enjoy!
