Chick Pea Summer Burrito

What you need: 

1 can chick peas
1 squash
1 zucchini
1 small or medium onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon Salsa per burrito
3-4 burrito tortillas
2 tablespoon mashed avocado per burrito
1 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

What you do: 

Put olive oil in skillet on med high heat with one chopped onion. Fry until translucent.
Lower heat to med. Add garlic, squash, and zucchini. Continue to fry. Add salt and peeper to desire. I use only pepper. Keep in mind that there is plenty of salt in the salsa.
In the mean time heat tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds. Mash 1/2 avocado.
Add mashed avocado and salsa to each tortilla, all the while stirring and checking skillet mixture.
Add skillet mixture.
Wrap and Enjoy!
