Chewy Oaty Banana Snack

What you need:

1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons (or more) sunflower seed butter
1/4 cup oats
1 tablespoons (or more) chocolate syrup

What you do:

Note: I don't actually measure so these quantities are estimates.
Mash or slice up banana and put in a bowl. Add the sunbutter and stir until banana is coated. Add chocolate syrup and stir a little more until sunbutter and chocolate have combined into 1, coating the entire banana. Add oats and mix. Enjoy!
This is surprisingly delicious and easy to make. I am curious how it would turn out with nut butters (I suspect very well) so please post if you try!

So, if I have bananas in the house, I will eat this all day. I had three bowls of it yesterday.
My little changes, due to what I have for ingredients are...
Melt sunflower seed butter in the microwave, stir it up with soymilk and chocolate syrup, add a few spoonfuls of flax seed and raw wheat germ, and then add the banana. It's nearly raw and oh so delicious and filling...

Alright, so my picture doesn't do it justice, but this is really a delicious snack. I just tried it this morning, and then I made it again this afternoon, and hopefully I can have it later! I didn't use the full amount of peanut butter, just one tablespoon, and I decreased the oatmeal. Good stuff, thanks applelover!
