Amazing! Quick to make and very tasty. I used 2 cloves of garlic though and I didn't have parm so I used mozzarella flavored rice cheese instead.

Holy yum! I just made this seriously in like 5 mins.  I only had a really small amount of artichoke hearts left but it still tastes so good! I added alot of vegan cream cheese and sour cream with 2 cloves of fresh garlic and a small handful of follow your heart cheddar for a cool kick. Multi grain pita chips and I am golden before dinner right now! Having kung pow tofu and this is just the snack I needed! Definately going to make this ALOT now! thanks so much for a keeper!

Really great!  Had a party and everyone, veg and nonveg alike, loved it.  And I totally forgot to slice the artichoke hearts, but it was still very tasty even with the big hunks.  I'll definitely make this every time I have a get together.    :)>>>
