Cheap and Easy: MLT (Mayo, Lettuce & Tomato)

What you need: 

2 pieces bread, toasted (toasting is optional)
2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise =or= vegan cream cheese
1 tomato, sliced
1/8 head lettuce, shredded

What you do: 

1. Spread mayonnaise or cream cheese on each piece of bread.
2. Layer with tomato and lettuce - amount to taste.
3. Put sandwich pieces together and cut in half (optional). ENJOY!
