Carrot Fries

What you need: 

3 large carrots, cut to 3" pieces
2 tablespoons oil (I used sesame)
salt and pepper, to taste
chili powder, optional

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut the carrot pieces in half the long way (so they look like fries) with a crinkle cutter.
2. Mix carrots with the oil and set on pan. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on along with chili powder, if using.
3. Put in the oven for15 to 20 minutes.

Preparation Time: 
25 minutes
Cooking Time: 
2 to 4


So delicious, easy and quick! Great recipe, everyone should try these at least once. Instead of chille pepper I just sprinkled with Mrs. Dash. The Sesame oil gives a nice  flavor. Mine cooked quicker but perhapss the pieces were smaller.  I turned them over once. I will definately be making these again. Thanks for the recipe.
