Caramel Frosting or Drizzle
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy or rice milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon corn starch
Cook 1 cup of sugar, oil, and all of the soymilk on medium high until it gets frothy and bubbly.
Add the rest of sugar and cook on low until it reaches a light brown caramel colour.
Add the vanilla last and let it cool. pour on top of whatever you'd like. (You can have turtles again!)
